Join the Alberta Magazine Publishers Association for prose and poetry readings from Alberta’s literary magazines, with EPL writer-in-residence Omar Mouallem, featuring Krista Ball, Lynn Coady, Mathew Fasullo, Alice Major, ky perraun and Jay Smith. Let’s get literary under the prairie sky as these contributing authors from Alberta Views, Eighteen Bridges, FreeFall, filling Station, The Prairie Journal and On Spec perform their most YEG-worthy pieces at Beaver Hills Park. These poets and storytellers represent some of the best in local talent. And bring sunscreen, blankets and mittens – it’s summer in Alberta after all! There are four photos showing the four possible locations of a 13th and 13th intersection, if they existed, in Calgary. Choose anyone you like, the setting does not have to remain in Calgary, but can be anywhere your imagination places it. Have fun and enter as many times as you like.
